Why does the registration attempt end with an error?

During Registration or filling the Security Configuration the following error can occur: «The user with such ID already exists!».

It means that account with such information already exists in the database.

If you already have an account in Olimp, double registration is impossible. If you have registered an account twice, and you can not save data in Security Configuration, or you know the reasons for that error, please send a scanned version of your National Identification document (front and back) or passport (photo page) to support@olimp.com and then contact Customer Support. Documents can also be sent via Online Chat, by clicking on "Upload files" button.

An operator will check your data and will help to avoid the error.
